Lodging, dining, and meeting rooms under one roof. The lower level hosts a commercial kitchen, dining room, meeting room, restrooms, four semiprivate bedrooms, and a small meeting area. The larger meeting room is equipped with a podium, a wall-mounted whiteboard, a screen, a ceiling-mounted digital projector, DVD and VCR players, and connector cables for laptop computers.

The upper level features semiprivate bedrooms on either side of a central hallway with a small meeting space at one end and centrally located restrooms. Linens not provided.
