Company Quarters A was remodeled in 2013 to create dormlike accommodations. The facility can host a group of 25–48. Each floor has a central hallway, with private rooms on either side.
The rooms contain twin beds and a dresser. The bathrooms are centrally located. Other amenities include:
- 25 bedrooms
- One single-gender bathroom per floor
