Historic Company Quarters H and J were remodeled in 2001 to create dormlike accommodations and to allow wheelchair access to both floors. Each of these facilities can host groups of 22–35.
Each floor has a central hallway, with private rooms on either side. The rooms contain twin beds and a dresser. The bathrooms are centrally located and have wheelchair-accessible toilets, sinks, and showers.
At the end of each upper floor is a generously sized meeting space. The rooms are lined with sofa seating. Café tables and chairs are set in the center. An extended deck and staircase are located off each of these meeting rooms and, as these are the two barracks closest to the water, the views of Admiralty Inlet are expansive and spectacular. Features of each Company Quarters include:
- 19 bedrooms
- Sleep 22–35
- A male and a female bathroom per floor
- Lounge on top floor with tables and seating for 35
- Large deck off lounge
